The tray lid and the file box lid doesn’t latch as tightly as the shallower file box so I worry about it flying open.

I had gotten a similar product from Staples years ago which was simpler and much more attractive. Sadly it apparently no longer exists. So my compromise were these but while they totally work I didn't need the extra compartments on the top nor the dull grey color.
