While trying to open the box for the first time the fastener came off in my hand. I would say this pretty much defines a terrible product.

The lock closure fell off the box within 2 weeks causing me to drop my box full of files. Then the lid disconnected from the top as a result of the drop so everything fell on the ground! I bought it to replace one that I had for about 6 years but nothing is made to last anymore.
