Not very high-quality. You get what you pay for. The cover moves around the first time I picked it up the cover completely came off. Order some thing a little more expensive so it’s not such crappy workmanship

This is a decent tote. Not quite as heavy duty as its predecessor in my office but definitely usable. Has a better hinge than the last (more expensive) tote. I personally wouldn't trust the latch to stay closed if I had to carry it around full of files but it stays at my desk I don't have to carry it around. Also I have to push the files toward the back of the box in order to get the lid to latch correctly but it's not a deal-breaker. So far it is working fine for my purposes!
