Clasp to secure lid closed is very fragile and hard to open. Comes off hinge end easily but hard to put back on I suspect it will break off with a lot of use. If that were improved I would recommend it since other features good for the price.

Good quality. Hanging folders stay nicely put. Light to carry room to room. Gets work/school files out of my sight when I want home to be home!

Latch is 'iffy' for actually closing the tote. I doubt it will hold up under continued use.
