Very nice assortment very high quality extremely reasonable price. Good for general utility use I like to secure bundles of photographs with them. You won't run out of rubber bands!

WELL!! WE NEEDED ELASTICS AND FOUND A MANAGEABLE SIZED PACKAGE OF ASSORTED SIZES AND COLORS. NOT FUSSY JUST ESSENTIAL.

Quality control problem?

I'm happy to have a space to comment. I could have purchased RUBBER BANDS many other places; you know that. However I needed some assorted sized strong dependable rubber bands for my personal use. I went to STAPLES to make my purchase thinking that they would have the most reputable brands and the highest quality items. I paid almost twice the amount I wanted to pay just for the satisfaction of having a fine product. I have used probably 20 of these rubber bands already and much to my regret at least three of them have broken. By the way the ones that broke were NOT being overly stressed.

The Staples® Economy Rubber Bands bag of assorted size rubber bands is an excellent value. The assortment is a perfect mix of short long thick and thin rubber bands. None are victim of early "dry rot" nor are any broken. The variety of colors is great for color-coding stored items or items in use by the family (each family member can be assigned a color). My uncle often said he never went anywhere without at least one rubber band in his pocket. You can never be too rich or have too many rubber bands!
