I thought I was buying quality rubber bands at Staples. What I actually found was every time I stretched a rubber band they would not maintain their length and retracted to their original unstreched length. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them.

Got these rubber bands ST28614 and they are so weather checked or old that I am breaking every 2nd or 3rd one I am not over stretching they just are old or dried out. Very frustrating to say the least.
