I now have enough rubber bands in a variety of colors sizes & stretch ability to likely last me to end of my days. The major drawback in that possibility is that the bands will become brittle .... due to age. So perhaps packaging of a lesser number.... say about 1/4 the current number. So this ‘Senior Citizen’ and probably others would be content with the smaller package option. Thank you Happy New Year

They stretch and because they are essentially a loop they can be used to constrain one or more items. Useful for keeping things together or preventing larger items from unraveling. Works as advertised. Various sizes and colors.

I was also amused about rubber bands being sold by the quarter pound or pound! People just aren't having newspapers delivered any more. Being able to get a pack of different sized rubber bands is very helpful.
