Great for using another screen or tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this docking station! I was able to use it when my Mom and I went on vacation to be able to watch a movie together. My iPad has LTE so we connected an HDMI cord from the TV to the docking station which worked really well. I have also connected screens to my laptop and was able to do so with no issues at all. I love that it’s small and able to travel with me. There is nothing worse than having a ton of cords that I don’t want to deal with.

Perfect for my desk

I love that I can plug in upto 8 different items at a time and the number of items plugged in does not affect charging time. This is perfect for all of my devices on my work from home setup. I highly recommend.

My laptop never has enough ports especially when I’m giving a presentation. Now I have enough plus more. This is perfect when I’m on the go. The best part is the sd card slot never thought I needed one but now I can look at old pics on a bigger screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Staples 8-Port Multi-Use Power Hub for a little while now and I am genuinely impressed by its quality and functionality. Right out of the box the build quality and feel of this device is excellent—it's robust well-made and has a premium feel that immediately adds a touch of professionalism to any workspace. The 8-port setup is fantastic for someone who needs multiple connections and I appreciate the slim design which makes it easy to fit into tight spaces or even bring along on the go if necessary. The overall design is sleek and efficient allowing me to keep everything plugged in without creating a bulky cluttered look. One challenge I encountered was trying to use it with dual monitors. While the hub worked well with a single connected monitor I couldn’t get two monitors to operate separately—they ended up mirroring each other instead of working independently. This may have been due to user error as I’m still getting accustomed to all its functionalities. But for those using it with a single monitor it works seamlessly. Overall the Staples 8-Port Multi-Use Power Hub is a high-quality well-designed product that meets most of my needs beautifully. It's a great option if you’re looking for something reliable and compact for a multi-port setup particularly if you're not in need of a dual monitor setup.

Excellent portable docking station

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent option for someone looking for a docking station that can easily be slipped into a laptop bag. It's small sturdy and versatile allowing me to utilize usb-C power as well as plugging in a monitor and charging usb-A devices. I was even able to pull out some old SD cards to use this docking station to transfer old photos over to my computer. Very happy with this device it's simplified my setup!

8 Port Power Hub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a new laptop this year that does not have any USB-A ports and no optical drive. This hub connects via USB-C to my computer and allows me to use an external optical drive external hard drives USB drives and SD or micro SD cards. I've never tried to use them all at once but have used 2-3 at a time and it's worked very well! It made an intimidating digital storage organization project so much simpler.

Great concept But only half of mine is usable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is such a cool multiport and I was so excited to use it but the way it was manufactured made half of it unusable. The usb port side is functional and for connecting to my computer. The side with the lightning cable and the side with the SD card slots are not functional. The metal bracket and the opening in the plastic are not aligned. All ports on that one side and the end have same issue. (I’ll link the pictures!) It would have been so awesome to have a fully functional docking station!! Great buy if it’s not defective.

Great product

I work in 3 different locations from my laptop and I have the laptop charger a second screen connected by an HDMI cable an auxillary mouse and camera that connect by USB. I am able to connect everything to the docking station which makes moving much easier. Instead of unplugging everything I have just one thing to disconnect! The docking station is small slightly larger than a credit card. I appreciate that it does not take up space. There have been a few times that it was very hot to the touch which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
