Rate rubber bands? Come on Staples!

After several e-mails from Staples asking me to rate these rubber bands I gave in. They're rubber bands; they work. None have broken. I use them to bind 4 inch letters/numbers for a sign. They'll deteriorate after a time of course and quicker if constantly exposed to UV radiation and weather but I think we all know that.

rubber bands used to hold rolled up spine board straps the fire/rescue dept. would use medical tape but the residual adhesive would remain on the straps and could cause a bio hazard
