I was trying to find big rubber bands and thought that these would at least stretch to double their length. Nope. They aren't that flexible. They say the length on the package - don't expect much more than that.

These rubber bands are sturdy & extra thick and will fit around a standard size file folder. I only gave them a 4 rating as there is no way to test the size as all the bags are sealed and you just have to guess how big they stretch as there is no display board either.
