great size for binding file folders

These are thick and sturdy and take years to dry out. They're a good size for keeping things from falling out of file folders among other things. Small bag means these won't be sitting in the supply cabinet forever.

Good strong bands

Nice strong rubber bands. Just the right length for accomplishing the mission. I needed to secure some shoe boxes (a lot) and they did the job.

Long rubber bands are useful

I used size 117B for years. Multiple uses. And great for the game of "Face Works" -- place band around head under the ears on the tip of the nose. Using only facial muscles work the band down from the nose to under the chin. Very entertaining for those watching!
