I'm not kidding about the cat toy aspect of the rubberbands. The cat goes nuts over them. (Serious note - totally adequate as far as rubber bands go.)

I wanted to use a smaller rubber band but they weren't available. These will do especially when you double them up. Quite a few weak ones that can't even be stretched mildly.

We need rubber band for closing some chips all the time. This rubber band was strong enough.

The rubber bands I purchased (#33 3 1/2 by 1/8 in) are the perfect size for everyday use and stretch without breaking when I've needed them to max out on larger than expected items. For the price - amount and quality it was a great purchase.
