These are great for keeping large documents together and they are big enough to fit around our wastepaper baskets to keep the liners from falling in!

Has the kind of elasticity you look for in this type of product. Seems to be more durable than many others I have used. Great for the hobbyist who needs to bundle wires for storage after initial use of the wire needed. Works well on pulleys and wheels.
