We needed these to attach pens to small notebooks before tying a ribbon over it. The rubber bands held the pens well did not slide from the position and did not snap while stretching over the five inch base of the notebook. They were also thin and discreet beneath the ribbon we added.

Perfect solution to many of my organizing concerns. These little creatures used to be widely available for free - around mail small items bound together. I would keep them and reuse. But lately they have become scarce so now I had to make the investment and buy them. Thanks for selling them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that's a Virgo like me. Nothing to dislike.
