We'd like to mention that we only suggest using 3 PODS™ for extra large loads. 1 can be used for small/medium loads, and 2 can be used in large loads. As well, if they're not dissolving completely, this may be because they don't have enough access to water. We suggest making sure you always add them to the drum of the machine first, before the clothes. Also, make sure not too many absorbent items, such as towels, are present, and that you're not overloading the machine. In order to remove any residue, soak the item overnight in water, and then re-wash in your machine using no laundry detergent and the hottest water temperature safe for the fabric.
