I have tried lots of cheaper painters tape, this is the only one that actually works, cheaper tapes will actually cost you a lot of time and wasted money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This tape does NOT work at all! We followed all instructions. We taped crown molding before painting a ceiling. After taking the tape off, paint literally bled through nearly EVERY inch of the crown molding....AND WE CAN'T GET IT OFF!!! It's so bad, we are considering ditching our crown molding! It is AWFUL! We would have been better off edging without it! Good thing I now have 2 1/2 rolls of useless blue tape! We DO NOT RECOMMEND this product and will NOT be using it again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pulled paint off with tape

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed today when I removed the tape and paint too. I painted a wall and waited 4 days before taping it off to paint adjoining wall a different color. I waited 24 hours after completing the painting to remove the tape. Very DISAPPOINTED
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst tape there is

Stay away from this stuff, bleeds through and takes old paint off of surfaces. How much worse can it get! JUNK!

I'm painting a vintage camper and before I'm even finished taping it is already pulling away from the seam.

Not so great. Disappointed

We bought this product, with it being name brand and using it before but we will not be buying it again.
We are building/painting our new house and we of course tape off the walls to paint the trim/baseboards and such. Once it was all dried we started to remove the tape and it took of the paint and part of the sheet rock.
So far this has happened in several places in different rooms.
Also when peeling of the tape it seems to tear and make a tiny bit not coming off right by the trim making it hard to get off all the tape on the walls.
Highly disappointed

Pulled up my paint

I used this for years with no issues. This time, after using, when I removed the tape, it took chunks of paint along with it. Now I must do a lot of touch up work.

I could of done better without the tape. It was more work cleaning the messes under the tape
