Buy the Name Brand

Did not like the quality of these folders. For just a small amount more I bought the Oxford brand and they are much better.

too expensive

You really messed up my order. I canceled it but you sent it anyway and I didn't get my advantage discount or my tax write- off. I spent 4 hrs. on this order and you never got it right. I even went to the store and they could not help me. I don't know why you have one name but 2 different companies that charge different amounts. I wish someone could tell me how to get my refund. We are a on-profit organization yet we paid the full price. Quality and all was good but I doubt if I will buy from staple.com ever again.

Left too long on the shelf?

I was very disappointed with these folders. I buy folders frequently for my business and other presentations. Either they were very old or moisture got into them because all of the fasteners were rusted. Besides the way they looked it was difficult to rotate the closures. I did not have time to return them and find others so I used them but was displeased at the quality of the product. Hopefully this was a one-time problem. I don't know if the problem was with the manufacturer or Staples.

I ordered these folders online and picked them up on the store. Very convenient especially on a Saturday. They were just the color I needed and the 10-pack was perfect for my needs.

These folders are OK for light use only. Fasteners on 2 of the folders came off right away. Will probably not purchase these again.
