I use these report covers all the time for different things at work. On the front of the package it states a 135 page capacity. I cannot get half that amount in these. The center page rips and the metal part falls out. I have already wasted several trying to get them closed.

paper covers very easily ripped; metal rings that are supposed to keep fasteners from ripping the paper pop off easily.
