This is a poor "knock-off" of the Duotang original. These folders literally disintegrate with use and don't hold up.

The folder was so flimsy it nearly ripped while trying to get the first paper secured in the clips. The folder did not really seem like a folder it was so flimsy it felt more like paper (my card stock printer paper seemed more stable than the folder).
