This was really a nice product. It looks classy and isn't too expensive. I do wish there was a way to secure the certificate so it didn't slip down. Other than that it did exceed my expectations.

Soooo Much Better Than Plastic Frames!

I need to mail out certificates for our nonprofit organization and I have always used the cheap plastic frames with a plastic window insert to keep the cost low for mailing. I have tried low cost DAX and NuDell and was not impressed. I now they are inexpensive but they looked terrible and were not finished or assembled well. I was reluctant to try the Staples Leatherette Frames because the Help Center did not have the outside dimensions (11"x 13") but they arrived today and I am very pleased. These frames are soooooooooo much better than plastic frames! They present well.

Great for my purpose

I've been ordering these for three years to put awards in for our students. For that purpose these are great. If I were presenting to the President of the University I would want something nicer so you just have to decide how fancy you need it to be. They have stopped putting the cardboard on the corners when packaging so it no longer makes a white mark. The front is just clear plastic and it takes some adjusting to get the certificate to sit straight but it doesn't really shift around once in place. I will continue to order them for our awards.

Great sturdy certificate frams

Love these frames this is my second year using them for annual awards ceremony. They are sturdy look beautiful and look like they are leather to the receiver. I will keep buying them again and again.

Do Not Buy This

I ordered some of these from the Staples Corporate Site at work. Unfortunately they don't have reviews there if they did I would have been warned. Do not buy these. The plastic that covers the certificate slips around and does not fit smoothly inside. Although it's an 8.5x11 frame a certicate that size would slip around. This was to be to frame certificates of achievement for employees. It would have been an embarrassement. Instead buy something like the DAX N19881BT which is more expensive but much nicer.

Like it good classy look

Everything about these were great except the packaging they come in. I ordered some and unfortunately the "glass" part of it was actually plastic and because they were not package well each one had a crease in the plastic face of the frame. Otherwise I was much happier with those than the cheesy plastic document frames you buy at the office supply store.
