Not a great product

I've gone through four of these in a two-month period and stopped purchasing them. It doesn't take much before the metal separates from the plastic. I was under the 5-pound limit. They are too expensive and the hook needs to be redesigned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did nothold broom as shown

Bought this to hold my broom and dustpan as shown. Pulled off the wall twice, money down the drain not to mention scaring the life out of me as the broom fell down the stairway!

Ripped off paint and drywall in my dorm!

I had these hung up in my dorm room. As I was taking them down and one of the pull tabs ripped and I could not get it off the wall. It tore off the paint and a bit of dry wall. I will now be getting charged for the damage it left.

Terrible Product

I bought this product 3 days ago to hang a standard broom on a closet. Applied it exactly per the directions and it fell off within 30 minutes of hanging my broom on it. Figured it was a freak thing and reapplied it with a new pad (again following the directions exactly) and the same result. For the price it costs for one hook, surely not worth it! The Dollar Tree knock off that is only advertised to hold 3 pounds has been holding my broom without issues for 2 days now!

Great idea but falls apart

I have had and been using these for over a year. The hooks come apart way too easy when you are removing the hanging item, ie dustpan or oven mits, off of the hook. Finally took them down to try another Command product.

Damage free hanging huh?

No, not damage free hanging. When I went to remove the command strip it took a chunk of my paint with it.

Not as advertised

Bought this to hang a child coat on. Hook broke off. then the pull tab to remove the adhesive broke off. Then I had to Google how to TRY and take the dang thing off the wall. Didn't work, now I have a hole to patch and paint. I think these should be advertised as permanent
