Cheap pads, pages don't tear cleanly from pad. The

The pads obviously never were tested. Every page torn off the top tears at an angle down from the perforation. It's supposed to tear cleanly at the perforation. But there is a 100% failure rate on the tear. No matter how carefully you tear the page, it cannot be torn fully along the perforation. So the pages looks sloppy and writing is sometimes cut off. The perforations at the top are not deep enough or there is some other type of problem. There's no excuse for this. Someone should have tried to tear off a page before selling these cheap pads.
