Lowered the quality of these pads this year

These pads have been my very favorite for a number of years so I didn't think twice restocking with the same. However my latest order has a noticeable change in quality. Still same narrow rule still sturdy back but the color and feel of the paper is inferior. The paper has a pink-gray cast to it and individual sheets feel slightly more flimsy. I am disappointed not to receive exactly the same quality as I'd received before. The strange thing is that I ordered five pads and four are the dingy color while one which was shrink-wrapped separately from the other four is whiter.

Good middle of the road product

I usually buy the TOPS DocketGold pads and tried these as an alternative. These are good for daily note taking that do not need to be saved or shared. Paper not as thick well-lined or ink friendly as the DocketGold. But very good back ups.

Narrow lines holes for storage in binders. More pages for longer use. My favorite notepad.
