I will probably buy this product again

I still purchase this product. However I've had problems with quite a few wrinkled sheets. I almost returned several reams of wrinkled sheets but just worked my way through them. Next time I will return the product to the store and I'm sure Staples will replace it

Great for all Printing I have an inkjetpro and The paper is just as good if not better that the name brands. I use for flyers and documents in color.

Good for Digital Offices

We run a fast paced insurance agency and scan nearly all of our documents through high speed scanners. After using multiple different papers we decided on this one as a good compromise for both advertising and formal signature documents. The 96 brightness makes things look clean and professional the 20# weight was necessary to keep our mid-volume printers (Tektronics 960DP) and mid-volume scanners (Xerox Documate 152) from jamming. The extra quality over basic 20# copy paper also reduces the amount of dust build up and maintenance cleanings our machines require.

good all purpose paper

My company uses this paper in its copiers printers and fax machine. It rarely jams and that has more to do with the humidity in the air than the paper. Very little dust. Like the fact it is wrapped in plastic [...] and the way you open it (easy to access paper left in the wrapping for later use).

The surface is bright and smooth thereby not absorbing as much printer ink. It definitely has a professional quality to it even though it is only 20 lb. and not 24 lb. I am a happy printer!
