this is fairly heavy duty product that has NEVER jamed for us. It does get a little soft when its humid but that can be expected for this product. overall "Good job Staples!"

I use it daily for my home typing business. I love that I never have to worry about paper jams. There are no negatives with this product as far as I can see. Its mainly used for black ink.

A little disappointing...

We ordered this paper for the first time due to receiving a coupon [...] It is defintely not as good of quality as what we normally use. Everytime we run a copy there is a crinkle that appears somewhere on the paper.
