After a horrendous paper jam(another company's bargain paper) that involved loosening the back of the printer when no other methods would release it I am so glad to be back using paper that works well!

I bought this case of paper becuse of the rebate and it has worked quite well. Actually better than the fancy paper I used to have.

OK 'til rebate denied?

Seemed like a good deal until I was advised the rebate was denied because of wrong UPC number or something...I provided numbers given me by Staples and have asked for a reason why.
