Swingline Optima Stapler

I like the fact that this stapler will staple so many sheets without using a heavy-duty stapler. Most times it staples fine but very often my staple crinkles on one side--always the same side so I have to pull that staple out and re-staple. This happens too often. Also my stapler does not repeat "does not" take an entire strip of staples even though that is described in the specifications. I am using the suggested Optima staples so I'm not sure why any of this is happening. I may attempt to return it or replace it with the same model soon. I really like that it staples so many sheets so that is why I'd like this same stapler but working properly.

Awesome paper for the price. We use it for copy fax and printer. The Visa Rewards rebate is also a factor when I purchase paper.
