Very good quality. We used to get the paper jammed often but with this paper there's no more paper jam. Smooth and bright surface I like it very much!

Staples Multipurpose 20# 8.5 x 11" paper is perfect for printing needs. I am glad it is of a quality I can confidently use for resumes. I use it all the time and especially appreciate it when this product is on sale. I also take advantage of rebates when offered. Staples products are quite reliable and therefore I seek out the Staples products before the Name Brand products because I have learned I can receive quality at a reasonable price. As long as it is reliable for my purposes I am overall satisfied. DG 9-13-13

For me most multipurpose and copier paper is all the same. I have never bought a ream of paper and been either thrilled or disappointed. This paper is just as good as any other. I got it on sale where it was free after rebate which is a great deal. And Staples' easy rebates are a lot less hassle than many other rebate programs. However the regular price at the time of this writing was a bit higher (2 or 3 bucks) than some the big-box department stores. It seems to me that an office supply store which probably sells more paper than department stores should have a better price than the other guys; especially on their own brand of paper. Sometimes it does but not all of the time.
