I've had no problems with this product. The product doesn't jam in my printer which is a problem with other brands from time to time.

I wanted a higher quality paper (thicker) but it was more expensive than I expected.

The multipurpose paper is ideal for all my uses. The 96 Brightness is an extra plus and I can use it both in my printer and copier. I'm very happy with this product - and the sale price makes it even better!
