A very nice gentleman showed me where the glue sticks I was searching for were. And the check out line was short because a second person opened up. My checkout person was nice as well.

A little lighter in weight than what I am used to and colors not as bright as name brand I usually use.

The paper works fine in my printer but the feel of the paper is not as firm as I'd like...I probably should have looked for a heavier weight paper. It would be nice if Staples had samples of the different paper weights so that you could be sure what you're buying is what you want. So the defect here is not in the product but rather in my buying experience.

Paper is good quality and the printing comes out sharp and clean. Colors are brights.
