The covering of each 500 sheets are torn in the box during the delivery. I would have picked it up if I knew the lack of protection.

Don’t know. It was supposed to be “8.5 x 11 Multipurpose Paper. 20 lbs 96 Brightness” but when I got home I discovered I had been sold “8.5 x 11 Color Printer Paper. 20 lbs 96 Brightness”. When I contacted the store I was told that I could use either in a laser printer. Like many stores watch carefully that you are sold what you want.
