My choice for tape when mailing packages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product Wednesday, April, 27 2022. I needed to mail out a book to my grand child from our home in Pennsylvania to Arizona. Love how it comes with its own holder and you don’t have to try to find where the tape ends again. Perfect for small jobs!

Outstanding tape for shipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having family in another state, I frequently am sending gifts for birthdays, anniversarys, etc. This means boxing up gifts and mailing them. This tape is excellent for sealing boxes. The tape is heavy and seals extremely well. When using UPS, I print my own labels and this tape is perfect for covering that label and still allows them to scan. It is easy to dispense, cut and apply. In fact, one can use the dispenser to affix the tape to the side of the box and pull it over and down onto the other side of the box and quickly cut it using the cutter in the dispenser. It's also great for repairing torn large items like a display poster. I find this tape as an intergal part of my home office not only for shipping but also for many other tasks that require a heavy duty tape.

THIS IS THE STRONGEST TAPE EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape to send a package to my sister. I placed it on all the places that there were openings. It held very well, in fact, she said it had to be cut to get it off the box. Nothing inside got damaged. This is definitely the strongest tape I have ever put around a package.

Hate to waste a perfect dispenser! No refills

I agree with AubreyJ. I have been trying to find refills for the plastic dispensers. There are none!! Terrible waste! Easy to use!

Not environmentally friendly

There do not seem to be 1.88 inch x 800 inch refills for the red plastic tape dispensers. Why? While I like your clear packaging and shipping tape, it is very disappointing that I must consign the empty dispensers to the landfill since the local recycling centers will not accept them.
Can't 3M do better?

terrible tape

I bought the package tape with the red roller, I spent half an hour trying to get it unstuck from itself for first time use. I managed to do that, then it stuck to itself again. I ended up throwing it away out of frustration. Why can't you make a tape and roller that is user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
