Easy to handle and does the job!

Scotch heavy Duty Packaging Tape seals seams with just one strip of tape- even on bulky surfaces. The tape is easy to dispense and apply. The dispenser cuts cleanly - a bonus! The other quality I like about this tape is that it is clear so it can easily be used over labels without fear of covering important shipping information. The strong adhesive quality of this tape along with the ease of dispensing and application make this an economical and reliable tape to use for packages.

Tape that holds it together nicely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch shipping tape was so easy to dispense. I was also able to cut off the length of tape I needed without it getting twisted/tangled which can be so frustrating. I was packing up boxes for my daughter in college and I felt confident these packages would make it to her without splitting open. Sturdy tape means this mama feels the package is safe!

Easy to use and strong !

I needed to send a large package across the country to my brother and I used this Heavy Duty tape and it worked great ! I had no concerns that there would be any problems with shipping. I know the tape would hold and I did not need to worry that the seams or corners could come open. The built in dispenser is a wonderful feature, makes it so easy to use. I would recommend this product. !

Not just for packing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more than a packing tape! Although 3M gave me a free roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape to evaluate this is the only brand I have bought or trusted for years.
First, for the purpose intended this tape puts on a great seal on the box or what ever you are sealing the first time. No using extra tape to go over what you already taped, it just stays down.
I have also found many other uses. It is great at picking up imbedded dog hair on upholstery, stuff the lint brush doesn't touch, i have found this to be the best product to remove hair from my sofa. I have also repaired the slat that runs across the inside door of my refrigerator that hold condiments when the clips broke off with this “packing tape”. My tape job has held up even in refrigerated conditions for at least 6 months. Duct tape couldn't hold it. Better yet, tjis tape is clear so nearly invisible to the naked eye!
My only complaint is that the name “packing” tape is not inclusive for the many uses i have found. I will always have this product on hand. So practical for other uses besides packing!

Tough, sticky tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having worked in the moving industry during college, I have a LOT of experience with packing tape and have taped tens of thousands of boxes. This tape is tough...it's thick and strong, and will stretch without breaking easily. It's also very sticky...not likely to come unglued. And last but not least, the roll is 50 meters long, so you won't be looking for a new roll after every few boxes. It also came with a dispenser, which makes it more convenient to dispense the tape.
My only questions are: Will it perform as well in freezing temperatures? Will it dry out and lose its grip on boxes that are stored for years? Too soon to tell.

The product is easy to use and the quality is phenomenal. I would recommend this heavy duty packaging tape to anyone.

Really strong tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent a roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing tape to try out. The timing was excellent as I had several things to return. I really like that the tape doesn’t split or tear as you roll it off the dispenser. The adhesive is really strong even on boxes with a slick finish. I also put together some boxes to use as storage. The tape is really strong and secured the bottom of the boxes of books with no trouble.

Super Strong Trustworthy Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product (Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape with Dispenser) free from 3M and liked it a lot when I tried it. The boxes I sealed with this tape stayed closed with one strip of tape. I am not worried about them going through cross-country mail and becoming unsealed.
