I was looking for a cabinet to hold my personal files as well as school report cards and the like for the kids and this is great. I like that it has a key for a little added security. It's not too big and fit under my desk perfectly.

I use it for hanging files and it does the job. There is no security the lock falls apart as soon as you use it.

good for home office

The cabinets are thin and lightweight good for a home office would never hold up to daily office use. I bought them on sale almost half price and would have passed them by at the full price.

A cheap and flimsy file cabinet

I bought this file cabinet for long term storage which may be it's only saving grace. I thought it looked decent and was ''good enough'' for my purposes. However the metal is very thin and bends with weight. One handle is loose all the time and the drawers don't pull out all the way. Underneath the metal is not polished-down so some exposed edges are sharp. The lock will keep out an infant but no one else. I wish I had spent more and got the Han unit.
