file drawer is 18"deep but only opens 12". deep . 6" of drawer space is not accessible. Cant unscrew the drawer handle to put it on the front of the drawer.

The product shipped didn’t have the screws for the handle. I could not find the right one anywhere else as well. Now I have a cabinet which is almost useless as the ones kept in is hard to be accessed as it does not have a handle to pull it.
