I have been a customer to the store in Asheville NC for years. Now I live in an area where there are no stores so I used online shopping!

Very poorly made. The handles were on inside. It was difficult to loosen screws without stripping them. After moved handles and loaded it can't lock it. Only middle drawer would lock but when turn key it goes off track. Even tried with drawer empty.

Very nice file drawer. The lock actually locked both drawers. Someone said their drawers were only 1 foot deep. Mine are 16 inches deep and though filled with Files they glide very nicely on the nylon glides.

I dislike these file cabinets (I bought 2) intensely. When you can get the drawers to open it's less than half the depth of the cabinet. That means reaching back inside without being to see the file you're after. Then the drawers come off their tracks and stop the drawer from opening beyond a couple inches or at all. Staples has agreed to exchange these as I must have purchased two defective units but these are mass-produced the same way and I don't want Staples brand again. I should have paid more at the start and bought Hon.

Cheaply constructed. A waste of money. Could only hold a few pounds (two reams of paper) before it would contort the drawer guides and twist the drawers out of alignment. Drawer guides and rails need to be redesigned to make it usable. My recommendation: stop selling these and find another source.
