This this is awful. The shelf tracks are cheap and plastic. Of you put more than a pillow in the drawer the track will slip and the drawer will become wedged. You'd be better off lighting your money (or files) on fire than dealing with this pile of crap. Staples should be embarrassed they sell something so cheap and worthless. Spend the extra $20 on a better one with ball bearing tracks as Office Max. They'll ship to your door for free too.

This cabinet doesn't have an adjustable partition to hold the files upright.

Won’t Hold Files

I loaded the bottom drawer with files and it fell off its guide. I then realized the drawer guides are plastic. It would not bear the weight of a drawer full of files. Imagine that. A filing cabinet that won’t hold files. I had to return it.

Not good quality. The drawers come off their runners. Have to be very careful opening the drawers.
