This file cabinet was exactly what I needed with 2 drawers that were perfect for letter size hanging folders! The key was hanging from the locking mechanism inside so it couldn’t accidentally lock during shipment the handles and screws were in a bag taped to the bottom of the cabinet and were easy to attach and there wasn’t a dent or scratch on it! I couldn’t be more satisfied! I would definitely recommend this cabinet!

Disappointing File Cabinet

The first day the lock worked the next day it didn’t. It’s too much trouble to pack it up and ship it back and without a car it’s difficult to bring it back to the store. Feeling stuck with a semi-functional file cabinet.

These file cabinets should come with a warning about how much WEIGHT each drawer can actually hold without becoming detached from the drawer track. This replacement file cabinet will eventually have the same problem of the previous Staples brand file drawer which is the drawers became too heavy for the drawer track and thus came off the drawer track rendering the file cabinate USELESS or rather needing REPLACEMENT!!!!
