I purchased this unit to house my mother's financial records and my own investment quarterly statements. It is fine for this purpose. It fits nicely under the desk / table and is large enough to store many files. Care must be taken to prevent both drawers from opening at the same time or the unit will tend to fall forward. In other words it is not the heaviest sturdiest-made file cabinet I could have purchased but it is fine for my purposes and the price was right. I like it.

I had to return the file cabinet because I told the employee I needed a file cabinet to put employee files in and the drawers have to lock. This file cabinet only locks the top two drawers. The employee told me that all three drawers locked.

Not too big not too small it's just right for our needs as a home cabinet. The drawer at the top is an added bonus also! Fits in the corner of a closet without taking up a lot of space its sturdy enough for a small home office. Just right!!

Certainly not commercial quality. Very light weight compared to the old commercial files I already have. Depth was not as much as I would have liked but it will serve the purpose for which it was purchased and I did not have to spend the extra cash for a Hon.
