Flimsy. Not. sure how secure the lock would keep the cabinet closed. Drawers keep coming off track.

Handles are a bit difficult to install

The filing cabinet itself is nice and light weight plus it looks good. Frames are not needed since the walls are built up to accommodate hanging folders. The problem with the cabinet is the handles which have to be installed. The screws don’t fit well and take lots of effort to screw them in flush. I have one handle which wobbles slightly because either the screw or hole in the handle doesn’t fit. The cabinet also came out of the box with a slight dent in the back corner.

The staff at my local Staples was very helpful in handling my concerns but the product quality of the 3-drawer file cabinet left much to be desired. I assembled the filing cabinet and it seemed to work fine until I put a few hanging file folders in it. Once it had a little weight on the drawers they kept coming off the track. They became difficult to open difficult to close and cumbersome to put them back no the tracks. I returned the cabinet to the store without any further issues but I would rather have purchased a quality product that would work well for daily filing.

Perfect! Now that I am working from home this cabinet is the perfect size for lots of folders (hanging) and top drawer is just the right size for other office supplies.
