It is flimsy metal arrived damaged and as other reviewer‘s wrote it tips forward if you open one drawer. I wouldn’t bother with this one.

When I brought the file cabinet home the third drawer would not open. It still does not open. Too much of a hassle to drive it back in. Will just have to live with it. Cheap construction and cheap design.

The file cabinet is light-weight but the drawers do not slide easily. The locking mechanism is not the best: you have to work at it to get it locked / unlocked. About what one would expect for an inexpensive file cabinet. Better for home office versus professional environment.

I was disappointed in the product because even though it says heavy it is very light weight and flimsy. It also arrived with 3 dents in it. I would have sent it back but I am putting it in a place that the dents cannot be seen....and its just too much trouble. I did not think it was worth what I paid for it.
