Basic but does the job!

Unit was dented on both sides near the bottom despite being in original packaging. Not worth the trouble of returning as it is going in a closet but it did make me mad. Drawers open smoothly lock works well.

The cabinet is nice. I have had q for years and got a second one recently. This paint job though was so poorly done it looked like tiger stripes. It was very rough and felt 3D. They couldn't replace it with a better painted one.

This is a terrible product. When filled with no more than 1/2" stack of paper the drawers warp come off the rails and jam to the point where they will not open. Even without this problem the drawers do not open fully so the back 1/3 of each drawer is not accessible. Terrible product.

Disappointed with this purchase because no key was included with the locking file cabinet. Called customer service and was given the manufacturer’s phone to call myself! I don’t think that I should have to track down a key for this purchase! Reluctantly I did call the manufacturer and left a voice mail ( no other option) and have not heard a word from them in 5 business days. Very disappointed with Staples!!
