Once solid tape sticks- it’s stuck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beginning of roll kept breaking off in pieces but once I was able to get a solid piece to tape box shut it was awesome - it stuck ! Our weather was -30 with wind chills I kept the box out in garage over two nights went out checked it - to my amazement it didn’t break open with it still being negative tempatures . Great stuff.

Love the built in holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great tape from a brand I trust. The built in dispenser works just as good as any heavy duty dispenser that weighs a ton. I am loving that it doesn't take up a lot of space and is very light weight to use.

Great grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tape was sent to me to try direct from 3M. At first I thought ok another roll of packing tape. I have made 12 moves in the last 15 yrs and I can say with confidence this is different from most. The tape is easy to get started and I can seal a box with one piece of tape as opposed to 3 or 4 strips with the other brands. It tears off easy and sticks to the boxes with ease. This came at a great time because we had several boxes to put into storage. Have no doubt the tape will hold up while stored away in the garage or the attic.
The only con was the cutting edge, it got a little clogged up with sticky remnants from the tape. Also watch that edge because it is sharper than other tape dispensers.

A MUST Have for packing and storage!

Until this year, I never gave a thought to how the temperature would affect all of the boxes that I had so carefully packed and taped. after one really cold spell I noticed that the tape had loosened and lifted on almost half of the boxes! I thought I was going to have to invest in plastic totes-until I found Scotch Long Lasting Storage Packaging Tape.
This tape is amazing! The temperatures have dipped below zero several times, but this tape had held firm!! It doesn't break easily or split apart on the roll, and the dispenser makes it so easy to apply! It has a super strong hold, so no more worries about packages falling apart in the mail or moving boxes coming apart.
This is the ONLY packaging tape that I will be purchasing from now on. Thank you Scotch Brand for a very high quality product!

Easy Tape Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old tape dispenser had a slightly bent cutting blade so was difficult to use so was happy to test this product out. The packaging indicated that the tape was strong but it split three times when trying to peel it up to use the first time. Once I got it started, it hasn't split again but the tape does seem thinner than my previous roll. I have used some dispensers that you just sort of slap it to the side and pull it across to seal and cut but this one you have to pull it out first and start it on the package. It does cut well.
