Works as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong packing tape. Works as expected. Easy to dispense and apply to packages, but wish there was a better mechanism to keep the tape edge from sticking to the roll between uses.

Good adhesion to boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape on storage boxes that are used in my attic that is not climate-controlled. I put the boxes up there about three weeks ago and the tape is still holding strong, even in the cold temperature. The tape itself is thicker than normal packing tape, which makes it easier to handle and less prone to ripping. 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Scotch Long Lasting Storage Packaging Tape with dispenser right in time to put away Christmas decor. We live in a climate where it gets well over 100 degrees, and with our storage being in the attic, our boxes are exposed to even higher temperatures. When I pull out boxes the following year, the tape has usually unstuck and boxes are wide open. I was excited to try this out instead. The dispenser is easy to use- take tears easily and doesn't make a sticky mess like some dispensers. Unfortunately, until the temperatures soar again, I won't know how well it stays, but I was worried the tape would be too sticky. I opened up a sealed box after a week and the tape was removed easily and without ripping up the box. That's a win for me!

Useful in the Classroom

Makes Life Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape made packing and putting away Christmas decor so much easier. It also was very good with packing Christmas gifts to be shipped. High quality tape that sticks, and is easy to cut/tear off without twisting or ripping.

Works great package made it to Canada!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample of scotch long lasting storage packaging tape to try. I use it around the house and a couple of boxes. Then I sent a package to Canada and it held up during shipping by the USPS and by the mail in Canada and it took a week to get there. So it probably went through many hands and machines and it held up perfect!! Much better than other packaging tape that I have tried!!
