good sturdy footrest

Good all around well constructed footrest. Only downside is the sandpaper non-slip finish... it wears out rubber soled shoes quite faster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slides across the floor. Would be 5 stars otherwis

This is the only footrest on the market, it seems, that is wide enough so that my legs rest comfortably in alignment with my hips. The norm is 18" wide. This one fits perfectly.
Only problem... it slides across the floor, whether hardwood or carpet. This is what separates 4 from 5 stars, sadly. It's a pretty key feature for a foot rest. It's a shame this was missed in the design of an otherwise good foot rest.
