Great adhesion that really works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has a great adhesive that sticks really well and seems to maintain its hold. Often when you need something that is removable but needs to hold more than three to five pounds it is often an inferior product.

Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to make an electrical cord stay in place outside. It was durable and strong enough in the heat but once it got slightly wet out, it came underdone. I did like it overall than most products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Extreme Mounting Tape worked very well when we used it to put up a older in our garage. We live in Florida and it gets very hot so this product has been very helpful. I put up 2 days ago and is still up.

Stuff Really Sticks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mounted a sign that weighs approximately 7 pounds and so far it had held with no problems. Extremely impressive. I’ve also used the product to stick art onto the walls, and other things like smoke detectors from the ceiling.

Heavy duty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used this yet but it looks very heavy duty. I will probably use it for an outdoor use. Maybe hanging something heavy on a wall or graduation party decorations. I don’t love that it’s black I kinda wish it was clear.

Think sturdy and permanent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch-Mount Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape is super sticky. This type of tape is not something you want to use if you plan to remove the item as this could damage your wall or surface taking it off. It was quite difficult to get it out of the package. What I like about it is that you can use as much or as little tape as you need. Keep in mind that in order to hold, you may need to use several strips depending on the weight of the item. Once you peel back the red liner, it will reveal the double-sided black tape. I think it would be great for something that might crack or split if you used nails on. I would have liked to use it on a rock wall, but unfortunately the surface is not recommended for this type of tape. I feel very confident that this would work nicely on metal or painted wood surfaces to hang or attach any type of object.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this item I wasn’t sure how I was going to use it to try it out. So it sat on my counter waiting. It is after all one of those types of products you keep around for just in case at least in my house. Or you go out and get it for a specific purpose. And lo and behold, a use appeared as my broom holder in my laundry room fell off the wall, and I had no other methods available to rehang it. So I grabbed this product, cleaned off the back of the broom holder, cut a piece off and stuck it up on the wall. Put the broom back in and now I wait and hope that it stays and doesn’t fall back off the wall. if it doesn’t stay well, I will adjust my review but for now it’s good. Because It doesn’t feel super sticky. I’m a little worried. It won’t last very long but time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with the Scotch double sided mounting tape! I have some framed artwork that I wanted to hang on the wall and this product works perfectly. It’s a great way to be able to hang things without using a nail.
