Climbing Scotch Mount(ain) has never been easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This double-sided tape is a long way from (and much more EXTREMEly powerful) than the sticky Post-It Notes you're familiar with, from Scotch. Amazingly, this industrial strengh adhesive works outside as well as inside. The directions and pictures make it very easy to see what to do and how to do it in order for your project to be successful. The only small drawback is that it would take the entire roll (60 inches) to hold an item of 30 pounds, which is the maximum weight. Nonetheless, you can quickly use this MAXIMUM product with the minimum of problems. :-)

Great Mounting tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch-Mount Extreme Indoor/Outdoor double sided mounting tape works so good! I was pleasantly surprised on how well it holds. I used it on my dash in my SUV to hold up a back up camera monitor. It hasnt moved since using this! It states this tape can hold up to 30 lbs if directions are followed correctly. I havent used it for anything that heavy yet, but its impressive! I will definitely be buying more once this gets low. Great product!

Excellent 2 sided tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Product for Home/College Use. This installs medium heavy fixtures in hard to reach places. It cuts easily into various sizes. The generous amount of glue assists adherence without much effort.

I have a very large light that I have wanted to hang from my wall for quite a while now in my office and was unable to find something that would be able to hold the weight of the light...fingers crossed that it lasts a long time!

Backing removal is extremely hard

It is extremely hard to remove the backing. I needed several strips for my project, I gave up after attempting to remove the backing on the third piece. I cannot use this product, I would like a refund

Product does not work for most applications

Product does not work adhering a 6.5# fixture to a mirror. Cleaned surfaces well and carefully applied. Held for about 12 hours and then fell off. The side that fell off the mirror had minimal remaining stickiness and the side on metal rolled off with ease. The 50%+ "1" reviews make a loud statement.

The backing does not peel off

Crap scotch fox extreme

Crap. Used to mount a camera mount to a helmet. Say 12kg. Be surprised if it’s holding at 1kg. Absolutely useless.
