This tape is worth its cost above cheap

This tape totally does not have my pet peeves on cheaper filament tape. It doesn't tear along threads as soon as you touch it and it is really easy to unroll. It stays together i.e. the glue layer and the top layer don't separate when you unroll it. I wish it were wider.

I used this product to secure two 150 pound boxes that I had to send overseas. The boxes held together and the prodicts that I was sending were all in good shape. I will use this product next time I am shipping boxes.

The product is reasonably priced but it is thinner compared to 3M's similar product. It also tears easily along the re-enforced thread;therefore it does not roll out as a unit becasue of this.

Not worth the money

I have used this product for packaging. Every single time I had this size roll it splits either down the middle or 3/4 by 1/4 causing me to waste tape. Over priced for quality of product.

The filaments in the staples brand tape are not as dense as the filament in the duck brand tape. As I use the tape to repair sporting equipment pads and punching bags I use many rolls and need it to last. The price point is good though and I will find out soon if I get more for less over time.
