This paper is a medium weight paper with a texture or "tooth" which would be good for pencil drawing or coloring in with colored pencil. Not as smooth as I expected for printing and not as heavy as I would like but still useful for other crafting.

Cover Stock is perfect

We use a arge amount of cover stock in our office. We used to use card stock however it had problems gong through printers at times. This was an alternative to the printer problem and is stiff enough to use for our applications and yet goes flawlessly though any printer - laser or inkjet. The online price is better than in the store and with Staples quick delivery is the best value out there for cover or card stock. I've looked at every possible office supply source online and this is the best...I love Staples!

Staples Cover Stock paper

I have used several reams of this paper stock over the past few years. It is used for printing on a program called Click Books to print various club yearbooks. My HP Officejet Pro 8600 handles this stock very well. This printer was purchased from Staples about 1.5 yrs ago. My colleagues are very pleased with the outcome of the books. I will continue to use this paper stock. the only issue I have is that my local Staples often is out of this stock and I must order over the internet but it does come the next day.
