[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These xtra smooth bic mechanical pencils are great. They write very smooth. My son loves to draw and he seems very impressed with these pencils. It erases cleanly and writes dark.it does not smudge. You can never go wrong with bic!

great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using these pencils for work and my kids use them for school. They use them daily and for testing days at school. They are easy to refill and reasonably priced. The pencil has an easy grip and it writes great on paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What you need in a mechanical pencil: lead comes out easily, doesn’t get jammed, doesn’t fall out. Eraser works well too. It also seems to last a really long time compared to some of the other mechanical pencils I’ve used.

Love how they work

They just glide right across the paper and are extra smooth and easy to hold. I like the fact that they are light and easy to hold. I shared my pencils with my family. So glad I received these in the mail.

Easy for mY kindergartener to hold

I have to say I am very impressed with how much easier it was for my son to hold and write with theses. He caught on quickly on how to work this pencil. I would definitely buy theses again!

Lightweight; dark writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mechanical pencils are a favorite of my 3 kids. With so many to choose from we have tried a lot. The Bic Xtra Smooth mechanical pencil is lightweight and perfect for young kids to adults. It produces a smooth, darker than average print compared to other mechanical pencil lead. This makes it suitable for test taking. It erases cleanly leaving minimal residual print.
The lead is .07mm. This is our preference over smaller or .05mm lead as it doesn't break as easy.
An overall nice quality mechanical pencil my kids will appreciate.

Smooth as Silk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a big mechanical pencil user, I have used all types, as I am sure everyone has. You have the type where the graphite falls out or breaks the moment it hits paper, you have the cheap-o ones where they break after you click it four or five times. And of course you have the bumpy ones where you can draw a straight line even with a ruler. Well, these new Xtra Smooth pencils eliminate all the issues that are mentioned above. The grip is great, the body is great and most importantly of all, you can draw and write without the bumps. I highly recommend this product.
