Not a good experience

Bought this product because of the rebate offer. The store did not have the rebate form. In fact they acted like it they had never heard of the offer. I assumed that the form would be available on line but I could not find it on the staples web site. I paid $53 for the box of paper I expected to get for around $30. Getting an advertised rebate should not be that hard. I have shopped at Office Depot for 20 years. They closed the store near my office so I thought I would try Staples. Based on this experience I am not going to shop at Staple anymore. I'll drive the extra miles to get to Office Depot. They do not make their rebates so hard to find or redeem. Thanks
